The workshop will equip your attendees with principles in design thinking and strategies for strengthening relationships with customers. It will combine theory and real-life lessons and applications, including:

- Building a solution-driven business
- Maximizing your unique value proposition
- Refining and managing your business fundamentals (cash flow, operational costs, profitability) as a customer-centric business
- Other related vital strategies and skills
The workshop will be led by Rizal Azis, CEO, RedPact Malaysia. Rizal is a leadership specialist and a seasoned business coach with 20 years of experience and knowledge in business strategy and development, organizational behaviour, talent and performance management. He is certified by the International Association of Coaching (IAC) and the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC). He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management.
This Strategy Workshop is limited to the first 40 places only. Registration fee is only B$ 195 per participant. The fee includes workshop materials, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, free-flow coffee/tea, and a door gift.
