It brings together individuals, business leaders, government officials and members of the academe who are keen on and follow best practices and policies on environment protection and preservation.

In conjunction with the conference, the Go Green Sustainability Awards, now on its second year, will recognize outstanding Bruneian organizations and individuals for their initiative to adopt environmentally sustainable practices. The Awards are aimed to raise awareness and encourage the adoption of green practices in businesses and the workplace.

Alongside the conference, a “green showcase” open to the public will also take place. The exhibition will feature “green” practices, products and services, and aims to educate the public about the importance and relevance of reducing, reusing and recycling.
