National Environment Conference 2011 – The Green Expo
Introduction
The annual green showcase is being organized in conjunction with the National Environment Conference 2011. Themed “Let’s Go Green”, this green showcase will be held on 8th June 2011 at the Sutra Hall, The Rizqun International Hotel.
The green showcase will feature:
- Innovative green technologies focused on water, waste management, building, and transportation
- Green Lifestyle featuring eco-friendly products and services
- Green art featuring photographs, drawings
- Shortlisted/finalists entries to the Youth Go Green Initiative Awards and the ISB green video competition
- CSR initiatives on environmental sustainability of the conference corporate partners
- Green initiatives/programmes by government agencies

Exhibition will be opened by the Guest of Honour after the opening session

Move-in- Wednesday, 07 July (3pm)
Move-out: Thursday, 08 July (8pm)
Exhibitors are entitled to two (2) staff to man their respective booths. Please submit the names of your staff to Asia Inc Forum by 30 May 2011 for the issuance of the exhibitor pass which will allow them to move around the exhibition area. However, exhibitors are not allowed inside the conference room (Songket ballroom) unless they are registered as official delegate and have paid the registration fee. Exhibitors are entitled to a special discounted registration fee at B$250 per person (regular individual rate is B$325).

Companies intending to install custom designed stands must submit full specifications and drawings to the organizers for approval. All costs to be borne by exhibitor.

Early booking is necessary, as space is limited and booths will be allocated in order of the date the application form is received together with the payment. Please fill up the attached Application to Exhibit . Cheques are to be made payable to Asia Inc Forum or by bank transfer to HSBC A/C No 001-020924-001. Please fax the stamped pay slip as proof of payment by bank transfer.
